Cherry, flamed copper, paint 22ā€¯h x 16 Ā¾ā€¯w x 6 Ā¼ā€¯d
This is the second tea cabinet Iā€™ve made utilizing the flamed copper sheets created by Studio Yates. In certain light, the copper doesnā€™t seem copper at all but a painted canvas or, more usually, glass that is lighted from behind. As with the first tea cabinet with a copper panel, I trimmed the panel with black paint, and I used a black iron pull. The edges of the top and bottom of the cabinet have been textured and burnished.
