Walnut, knob of black iron 24″h x 10″w x 6″d
The cabinet gets was named anatomy from the panel, a piece of Oregon walnut that has been resawn and bookmatched. When I applied the finish to the panel, I suddenly saw an X-ray of a torso, the ribs above, the pelvis below. I suppose I could have called the cabinet “Skeleton” but that seemed too peculiar.
